Well after several more yellow flags the race has only just resumed. As GT2 leader Jaime Melo entered the hairpin it was clear to see his entry speed was too fast. The result? He ends up sideswiping the 3rd place GT2 car of Dirk Werner in the Farnbacher Loles Porsche, taking himself out in the process.
The lesson? dont go hot into corners on cold tyres!
