Qualifying for GT4 was dominated by the Aston Martins and Nissans, with 5 out of the top 6 places in both sessions being either Aston Martin or Nissan. Only Matt Nicoll-Jones in his IMS Motorsport Ginetta G50 was mix with them, and match their pace.

Demonstrating the pace and consistency he has shown for much of the season, points leader Paul Meijer put the Rhesus Racing number 7 V8 Vantage on pole for both races.




In race 1 Jordan Tresson showing improved form out qualified his team mate, Lucas Ordonez in the sister RJN Nissan 370z, with them being 2nd and 3rd on the grid for the first race, and then swapped around, 3rd and 5th (with Lucas in front) for race 2.



The only real threat to Paul Meijer's title hopes is Michael Mallock, who will be starting back in 5th for race 1, but will be alongside Meijer having qualified 2nd in race 2.
